During a your 15-minute consultation, we can outline the challenges you currently face and provide you any information you need to make an informed decision around the support you need in this moment.
There is no obligation for you to commit to therapy with Luto Clinic after this call. If it doesn't feel right for you at this point, that is okay with us. Additionally, if we determine that you may be better supported within another service, we will share this with you and signpost you to the relevant support.
Assessment and Treatment
In our first sessions, we will complete an in-depth assessment to develop a deeper understanding of what you are facing. During the assessment, we will ask you some questions about what has brought you to therapy; the challenges you are experiencing and what you would like to be different (your goals for therapy). We may ask you to complete some questionnaires, which not only help me to complete my assessment but also help us to keep track of progress and monitor change.
Following this, we will develop a treatment plan to support you with managing and enhance your emotional wellbeing.
