Our approach involves tailoring therapy to meet your specific needs, hopes and goals for therapy. We believe that there can be many ways to understand our mind and the challenges it brings, so we don’t work using only one approach. We work in an integrative way which means we adopt techniques and ways of working from a range of therapies, so you don’t have to choose.
However, if you have previous experience in therapy with a specific approach (e.g. CBT) or an idea of what may or may not work for you, we would love to discuss this with you in your assessment session. We can take this into account when we begin our work together, so that you get the most out of your sessions at Luto Clinic.
We provide therapy for adults online or by telephone on an individual basis. We work on issues such as anxiety, stress, burnout and low mood.
We don't work with under 18s or couples.
When you are considering it, it is likely that it is now the right time for you to engage with therapy. If you are still unsure, we can consider if therapy feels right for you during a free inital consultation by telephone. If we don't think it's right for you, we will share this with you and help you to consider other options.
Clients can need between 6-20 session depending on what each individual goals and challenges. Some clients prefer only a few sessions to develop insight and then prefer to implement changes by themselves while others prefer longer term therapy to manage the challenges that they face.
Sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
We offer online therapy on Zoom or Microsoft Teams between on Friday (9am-5pm) and Saturday (9am-5pm).
